What the desk does

Not a price list. A sourcing service at origin.

Supplier selection

15+ exporters in Espírito Santo and Pará, matched to your grade, payment terms, lead time and guarantees. No exporter list online — the selection is the service.

Price indication within 24 hours

Price idea the same day, firm offer within 24 hours when the market and the supplier allow — always labelled as what it is, with validity.

Sterilization and EU compliance

Steam-sterilized lots, microbiological guarantees, pesticide residues (MRL) and heavy metals — only from exporters able to meet your standard.

Samples, photos, documents

Pre-shipment samples, loading photos, certificates, booking and bill of lading checked before they reach you.

Follow-up to final payment

From production to arrival. If a claim comes up, it is handled from the origin, in person when needed.

Origin visits and inspections

Farms, cleaning and sterilization plants, exporters, loading. In Espírito Santo and, when the business justifies it, in Pará.
